Pumpkin Pie Spread


When you want pumpkin pie without the pie part, this pumpkin pie spread will make all your dreams come true. It’s so simple to make and to enjoy, you can double the batch and have plenty to gift to your favorite hostess, and spread it on an apple, a cracker, or some toast! I have even flavored my coffee with it.

For a full autumn experience, I highly recommend enjoying it with this scrumptious apple cider, and a good book.


 Makes: 8 oz.       Cook time: 15 minutes


  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of clove

To make:

  1. Whisk pumpkin, condensed milk, and spices together in saucepan
  2. Heat on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens to desired consistency, approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Serve warm, or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
